Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity (SCHFH)’s mission is to bring people together to build homes, communities and hope. The families that they serve are hardworking individuals who need a hand up, not a hand out. They complete sweat equity working on their home alongside the volunteers and attend education classes to prepare themselves for successful home ownership.
